Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

For most items there is a 15 day return window.  There are some items that are non-refundable or exchangeable, please check the item's description for these exceptions. If you have a problem or do not like your item, please email us as soon as possible at support@getawaygateway.net with your order number and details of the problem.  We will issue an RMA.  Unless your item arrived damaged, it must still be in new and unused/unopened condition and in the original package.  For some items, there will be a return shipping fee which will be subtracted from the refund total.  If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with pictures as soon as possible, we will do everything we can to make it right.

For Print On Demand clothing, refunds will only be given if the item is misprinted/damaged/defective.  Please contact support@getawaygateway.net within 30 days after receipt if there is an issue with your product.  

 

Processing and Shipping


The processing and shipping time is specified for each item below the product's name.  Any order placed after 3 pm CST will begin being processed the next business day.  Due to using several different carriers, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Getaway Gateway only ships items within the contiguous United States.
