Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (central time). Orders placed after 3 pm CST will begin being processed the next business day. After an order has been placed, customers have four hours to cancel that order. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@getawaygateway.net as soon as possible. Once the four hour window has passed, we will not be able to cancel the order being processed. We do not accept orders submitted via email, phone, or social media.
